EdTech Team Summit (Auckland) 2018 is on Monday, 16 April. I am gearing up to make a presentation on Pear Deck Application. I think, Pear Deck is more engaging interface to the students than the traditional presentation software like, Powerpoint or Google Slide. More engaging in the sense, it offers more opportunity to the students to actively interact in the classroom. Right at the moment so many questions are creeping in into my mind e.g up to what level it satisfies the rules of S.M.A.R, is it really worth the investment for enhanced classroom dialogues with the students etc? Above all, am I convinced that this tool has the capacity to pose 'open ended' probing questions that will create more confident learner in a B.Y.O.D classroom?
Time will tell!
