I coined the word flog using the first letter of photo and three letters from Blog. Today I attempted compacting the initial message from John Hatie's book, Visible Learning for Teachers. He points out that class size, grouping in class, salaries and finance , the nature of learning environments and buildings, the curriculum, assessment, and the ensuing debate are not, however, the core attributes of successful schooling. He called (metaphorically) the major element is the 'intel inside'; the 'processing' attributes that make learning visible. The school must have 'visible learning inside' to be successful.
